I would like to express and share my experience we had with the The Team at Mint Floors, Caringbah. Renovations is difficult at the best of times, therefore meeting a Professional and Enthusiastic makes the difference. It began from the moment we entered the showroom at Caringbah. My Mother and I were welcomed into the store, our questions were answered, product knowledge shown by Anthony was excellent and very helpful in assisting us to make a decision. The Professionalism continued with the visit from Keiran, who visited and measured the area for work, to the efficiency in returning with the quote, then arranging the work to be completed in a specified timeframe. I was most impressed also by the work carried out by Andrew, his expertise and attention to detail in this field, was very evident. Before he commenced the work, we discussed certain areas of concern, and his advise was most helpful. The communication was very good, updates on the timing of the works were well received. After a lot of research, we recently chose Mint Floors and Shutters to install a floating bamboo floor system in our apartment. The job was complex and involved removing our kitchen tiles with the existing kitchen in place, dealing with a difficult body corporate and some awkward access arrangements. Jon Holst and the team at Mint Floors and Shutters dealt with our inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Their quote was reasonable, and they also went the extra mile to resolve the particular issues we were having with our building’s executive committee. The installation process went seemlessly and involved a minimum of disruption. It was also completed ahead of time. When we finally saw our place the day the job was completed, we were blown away by the result. The workmanship and the level of service we received from Mint was flawless. So happy with the service from start to finish with the Mint Flooring team. Our project manager Tyson Boyes was very efficient and kept us up to date throughout the process. Because of his accurate updates with us, we were able to plan and prepare for our new flooring (removal of all furniture etc) and have things back to normal sooner than expected. Our floors are stunning & the attention to detail of the install team was exceptional. The floors look too good – they put our existing floorboards to shame in other parts of the house!
