This beachfront home underwent major renovations that maximized the expansive views and optimised the use of space throughout the home. The exterior and interior of the two storey home was completely refurbished together with landscaping to suit the coastal environment. The construction time for this project was six months.
The goal was to transform a very tired and outdated house into a home that attracts considerable attention and praise from the countless passer-bys that walk along The Esplanade each day. And the client was very impressed and happy with the end result.
Once again BAM Constructions worked together with Mint Floors & Shutters to create the best looks and quality the client was looking for with their timber flooring.
