Caringbah Duplex
This Caringbah new build duplex is a great example of two different flooring products used in the mirror image of a space. Mint Floors + Shutters fitted the flooring for both the A & B duplexes with different solid timber on one side and engineered timber in the other.
This side of the duplex uses the natural colours and effects of 130mm Solid Spotted Gum flooring and Solid Spotted Gum treads and risers throughout the open staircase. Finished with Bona Traffic Waterbase the flooring has a real distinct Australian look and offers a unique character. You can see the duplex that used Mint Oak Engineered here.
