Caringbah Duplex
This Caringbah new build duplex project is a great example of two different flooring products used in the mirror image of a space.
This side of the duplex utilised the beachy feel of the Mint Oak Smoked & Limed board to create a simple yet clean look throughout the ground floor and staircase. The 15mm thick board was glued and secret nailed over a plywood substrate to allow the floor to flow throughout the large open spaces. You can see the duplex that used solid Spotted Gum timber flooring here.
