Built in 1912, No. 1 Lacey is a heritage warehouse set on a prominent corner site in Surry Hills. Carefully incorporated into the fabric of the original building – 38 luxury apartments and seven terrace penthouses will sit over five-storeys. The exposed brickwork, oversized timber arched windows, heavy timber beams and sturdy columns remain and play homage to the industrial age.
