Mint Floors & Shutters was recommended to do the flooring, and here is a summary of what we did on this 4500m2 project…
The Latitude apartments include Spotted Gum Hardwood floors, installed over plywood underlay and rubber acoustic underlay. Sanded and coated with 3 coats of Satin Urethane finish. The Decking is also Spotted Gum hardwood.
